Dr. Wendy SummerhillWendy Summerhill, M.D.

Wendy Summerhill, M.D. received her undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She went on to complete her residency in family medicine at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Summerhill is board certified in family medicine. Following her residency she practiced family medicine including obstetrics in Delaware, Ohio. She opened Summerhill Family Medicine in Dublin in 2001 due to a need for primary care physicians in the Dublin area.

Dr. Summerhill considers it a privilege to be a part of the total care of a family. She is especially interested in preventative care, adolescent medicine and women's health.

Dr. Summerhill is an active member of the Dublin community. She enjoys running, reading and watching her children play sporting events. She is married and has two children in Dublin schools.

 

Nicholas Ahner, PA-CNicholas Ahner, PA-C

Nicholas Ahner, PA-C, is a nationally board-certified Physician Assistant. He grew up in the Dayton, Ohio area. Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors from Ohio Northern University. He then attended Shenandoah Univerity in Winchester, Virginia. He graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies with a focus on rural and underprivileged populations. Prior to joining Summerhill Family Medicine, he practiced in Sleep Medicine. Nick is also licensed by the state of Ohio and a member of the Ohio Physician Assistant Association and the American Academy of Physicain Assistants.

Nick is an avid Buckeye fan who enjoys attending games and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife live in Plain City with their three children.

 

Stephanie McDaniel, RN, CNPStephanie McDaniel, RN, CNP

Stephanie McDaniel, RN, CNP is a nationally board-certified nurse practitioner with experience in emergency and family medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Ohio State University and worked in the non-profit world after graduation.

Stephanie returned to school to pursue nursing and attended Duke University’s Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. She worked in Duke University Medical Center’s Emergency Department while pursuing a Masters Degree in Nursing from Duke. Stephanie is also licensed by the State of Ohio and is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Stephanie is a Buckeye and Blue Devil fan. She enjoys spending time with family, running, and traveling. She is married, has one daughter, and a boxer named Lucy.
